111206 SM Town releases a winter album in 4 years with all songs recorded in English

A winter album of the SM Entertainment artists is released in 4 years.
Having released many representative season albums, SM Town is again releasing a winter album 2011 SM Town Winter-The Warmest Gift on December 13. It’s a winter album released after 4 years as the last one was released in 2007.
All SM Entertainment’s artists participated in this album, including Kang Ta, BoA, TBSK, Trax, The Grace’s Dana and Sunday, Super Junior, SNSD, SHINee, f(x), Zhang Li Yin, and J-min.
Including 7 new songs that describe dynamic moods of winter and 4 cover versions of existing songs such as “Last Christmas” and “Sleigh Ride,” total 11 songs are listed in this album.
SM Town produced this album specially to appreciate its fans as they proved its global power by successfully having the world tour in places like LA, Tokyo, Paris, New York, and Shanghai, including Seoul. All listed Christmas carol songs are in English for the fans all over the world.
Under the album’s title of “The Warmest Gift,” Super Junior is going to be the Santa to deliver the gift. The title song “Santa U Are The One,” sung by Super Junior, is a bright song with cheerful rhythms and melodies and cute lyrics such as “Santa, bringing joy and gifts to the whole world, is the best.”

TVXQ’s “Sleigh Ride” describes the joy of Christmas and the liveliness of riding a sleigh with perfect sounds from cheerful swing rhythms, an orchestra’s grand sound, and a big band’s powerful charm. “Last Christmas,” re-created by SHINee with their unique voices, is an electronic dance song that shows the dreamy and powerful synthpop’s dynamic charm.
Besides, SNSD’s “Diamond,” f(x)’s “1, 2, 3,” BoA’s “Distance,” Kang Ta’s “For the First Time,” Trax’s “Like A Dream,” Zhang Li Yin’s “The First Noel,” Dana&Sunday’s “Amazing,” and J-min’s “Happy X-mas” are included.
2011 SM Town’s winter album will also be released in Japan on December 14.
